對(duì)輥擠壓造粒機(jī)是(shì)利用(yòng)兩個(g>€☆€è)相(xiàng)對(duì)旋轉軋輥的(de)擠壓∑♦Ω力來(lái)造粒成型的(de)。兩個(gè)鋼制¶∑ (zhì)軋輥表面有(yǒu)均勻排列的(de)半球狀凹坑模型，其模型直接在αλδ鋼筒表面，不(bù)可(kě)更換。粉料由攪拌機(jī)的(d€↓ e)下(xià)料口進入兩個(gè)輥筒之間(jiān)，軋輥上₩☆↓(shàng)的(de)兩個(gè)對(duì)應半球型模在加滿料後，相Ωβ(xiàng)對(duì)擠壓，兩個(gè)半球​←λ就(jiù)合成一(yī)個(gè)扁球狀顆粒。型模一(yπ ī)般都(dōu)小(xiǎo)于半圓，否則不(bù)易脫模。成型後的€☆(de)顆粒因旋轉軋輥的(de)離(lí)心力被甩出型模，下(xià)σφ©落到(dào)出料口，和(hé)沒有(yǒu)成型的(de)粉體(tǐ)¶€β原料一(yī)起經出料口出料。
